Rudolph Ramble

Townfield Community Races Toward Incredible Fundraising Milestone

The festive spirit is still going strong at Townfield Primary School as we eagerly await the final results of our recent Rudolph Ramble. Following a wave of incredible generosity from our pupils, parents, and the wider local community, we are thrilled to announce that we are on the verge of a record-breaking achievement.

Anticipation Builds for Final Total

Early estimates suggest that our school community may have smashed the £6,000 mark in donations. This monumental effort was organised to support the vital work of St John’s Hospice, a charity close to many of our hearts.

While the preliminary numbers are staggering, we won't have to wait long for the official confirmation. Representatives from St John’s Hospice are scheduled to visit Townfield tomorrow to verify the donations and present the school with the final, official total.

A Message of Gratitude

The success of the Rudolph Ramble is a testament to the character and kindness of our families. Seeing our students take part with such enthusiasm—and seeing that energy matched by the financial support of our community—has been truly inspiring.

"What an amazing community we have here at Townfield," said a school spokesperson. "To potentially reach £6,000 is a phenomenal feat, and it speaks volumes about the impact our collective efforts can have on such a worthy cause."
