Kids Calm Zone

The Child Line website has a calm zone with resources for children under 12, these include

• breathing exercises
• yoga
• games
• mindfulness including videos with ways to cope strategies 

Children are also able to access confidential 1-2-1 counselling either online or through calling free on 0800 1111.
