Enrichment & Clubs
Clubs are an important part of School's Enrichment Programme. Unfortunately, reoccurring COVID-19 restrictions has prevented clubs taking place, however we are currently developing our offering. Below our details of the current clubs on offer and we will continually review this, with a view to developing our offering, particularly as COVID restrictions change. It is hoped the change of seasons will bring more club opportunities and will keep you up to date in this regard.

How Long is Each Club?
All school run clubs run from 3.15 pm to 4.00 pm. Clubs run by outside providers will run from 3.15 pm to 4.15 pm.
Children will be ready for collection via main reception.
Clubs run in 6 week blocks, however there are some clubs provided by outside providers who have a much bigger capacity and therefore, dependent upon interest, should always have availability for continual attendance by your child.
How To Book?
To book, please see the booking form contained on each club page. Some clubs have limited availability and therefore will be based on first-come-first-served, basis, however waiting lists will be complied to ensure that all children get a chance to do a club of their choice. School will send reminders to Parents/Carers when new club date availability is coming up, to allow you time to note your interest for any club(s) your child may wish to take part in.
How To Pay?
Any clubs run by school will be payable directly to school and can be paid via your child's SCOPAY account. Any clubs run by an outside provider, will be payable direct to the provider on the day, or by agreement with that provider. Further details in relation payment terms for each club can be found on each club page.
What if My Child Changes Their Mind ?
Most clubs will be pay-as-you-go, meaning if your child changes their mind about a club, they can simply make the decision to no longer attend. For some clubs which require school to purchase equipment or items in order that the club can take place, e.g. Cookery Club, then you will be required to commit to pay for that club for the duration of the club, whether your child attends or not. Access to Clubs for All
In certain circumstances, remissions may be made in relation to clubs for children who receive free school meals. Please contact the school office to discuss, should you you require any help with clubs and your child falls into this Pupil Premium category.
